RichGoChauff – Driver Terms & Conditions

1. Independent Contractor Status

All drivers engaged with RichGoChauff operate as independent contractors, not employees. Drivers are solely responsible for their own actions, vehicles, and passengers during the course of providing transportation services.

2. Driver Requirements

Each driver must:

• Maintain a valid driver’s license in accordance with local laws and regulations

• Carry and maintain active automobile insurance coverage meeting legal requirements

• Operate a safe, roadworthy, and properly maintained vehicle

3. Liability Disclaimer

RichGoChauff assumes no responsibility or liability for:

• Any damages, accidents, injuries, or losses sustained by the driver, passengers, or any third party

• Any incidents or disputes that arise between the driver and passenger

• Any property loss or damage occurring during transport

4. Consent-Based Engagements

All transportation services, preferences, and arrangements are based on mutual consent between the driver and passenger. Drivers and passengers are free to accept or decline rides in accordance with personal preferences.

5. Safety Recommendations

For the safety of both drivers and passengers, RichGoChauff strongly recommends the installation and continuous use of a dash camera during all rides. Minors must be with parent or representative. Age 16 & up to ride by yourself. 

6. Complaints & Disputes

Any complaints, claims, or disputes shall be addressed directly between the driver and passenger. RichGoChauff does not mediate or arbitrate such matters.
